Shipping Methods & Carriers

We currently offer shipping through the following services:

  • UPS Ground (United States)
    Standard ground shipping is available for all domestic orders within the contiguous United States. Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Standard Shipping (Canada)
    For orders to Canada, we offer standard international shipping. Delivery times vary by province but typically range between 7–14 business days. Customs processing may impact delivery timelines.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing prior to shipment.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
  • Promotional offers (e.g., free shipping) may apply and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

International Shipments to Canada

  • Canadian customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are payable upon delivery.
  • Delays caused by customs inspections are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, LMD Disaster Survival Kits is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Severe weather
  • Customs processing for international orders

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  4. We will work with UPS or the appropriate carrier to file a claim and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
